aesthetic.computer — cash flow
Status — June 2026
the laptop crisis is over — thank you
~$356/mo to keep running

The emergency is past. A working MacBook Neo and restored Claude access came from the community. What's left is the ordinary monthly cost of keeping every aesthetic.computer service online — gives and keeps cover part of it, the rest comes out of pocket.

what's covered now

MacBook Neo — a working daily laptop — Fía got it for me 💗

Claude Code Max $100/mo — restored — paid by Sage

DigitalOcean — all droplets active & paid — account current

Netlify hosting risk — site at risk — migrated off Netlify entirely (see below)

the big change since march: own the server

aesthetic.computer no longer runs on Netlify. In late March the whole site moved to a DigitalOcean droplet (ac-lith) running Caddy + an Express adapter that serves the same 125+ functions. No more per-function limits, no more "period ends, site goes dark" — just one VPS we control. Bandwidth went from 100GB to 4TB and the recurring Netlify bill ($19/mo + the threat of takedown) is gone.

where your money goes right now

transparent breakdown: With the laptop and Claude covered, incoming support now goes straight to the monthly cost of keeping every service online. The recurring nut is roughly $356/mo before usage-based Anthropic API + Stripe fees.
